James Curtis Garcia Ybarra, 36, of Canyon Lake, was called upon by our Lord and Savior to join him up in his Kingdom. JC was born on July 18, 1976 to Jose and Janie Ybarra in San Antonio. JC was a loving, caring and energetic husband, father, brother, uncle and cousin. He'll be remembered as the life of the party, with a handsome smile.
Always trying to keep the people around him happy, no matter what, he lived his life working hard for his wife an children. He never thought of himself first, always last on his list for the day, everyday. No matter what happened he always woke up with a smile and full of life. There was nothing he wouldn't do for anyone. He'll be very much missed but never forgotten.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents Alfredo and Olivia Ybarra also Hermanegildo and Donociana Garcia.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years Sylvia Salinas Ybarra; three sons, James Curtis, Antonio and Carlos; one daughter, Matilda Ybarra; parents Jose and Janie Ybarra of Killeen; brother Jose G. Ybarra Jr. of Bradenton, Fla.; sister Janie G. Ybarra of Killeen and many more family and friends.
