Lyle Fredrick Eveleigh passed away on September 16, 2017 at the age of 76.
A native of Dexter, NY, he attended General Brown High School. He served in the Army for 8 years, where he studied Electronics. After many years working for Emerson Electronics and James River, he formed his own company, MNE Enterprises. Lyle traveled the world as a trouble shooter for all types of industrial plants. He was well respected and had a great reputation in the industry where he became fondly known as the “The Drives Doctor.” Lyle enjoyed playing pool, singing karaoke and spending time with friends and family. Lyle lived in Orange, TX much of his adult life and moved to Wimberley, TX in 2005. Even at age 76, he never fully retired, as he loved to work and help others that shared his passion for electronic trouble shooting. Lyle adored Wimberley and was happy to call it home.
He is predeceased by his parents, Malcolm and Doris Eveleigh, and his sisters Mary and Kay.
He will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by his wife of 46 years Marilyn (Marti); his children, John, Suzanne, Sandra, Cindi, Shelia (Phillip), Nicole and Sharay; grandchildren, Oceana, Xenos, Ethan, Kaelyn and Draven, and his surviving siblings; Virgil, Robert (Bob), Angela (Anne), Richard, and Betty. Family and friends will forever remember his loving smile, big hugs and cherish their memories of him.
