Obituary

Myrl Baldwin Ross of San Marcos, TX passed away on January 10, 2018 at the age of 80. She was born January 18, 1937 in Rocksprings, TX to Donald Y. and Winnie Baldwin.

She graduated from Anahuac High School in 1955. She came to San Marcos to Southwest Texas State College and graduated in 1958.
She married Worth Ross on August 9, 1958 in Houston Texas. They lived in the Houston area for 58 years where Myrl was a teacher and counselor serving Lamar C.I.S.D. for 33 of those years. Myrl was a member of the Graeber Rd. Church of Christ in Rosenberg, Texas where she was a beloved servant. Worth and Myrl recently had moved to San Marcos to be close to family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and mother-in-law Floy D. Ross

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Worth D. Ross; two daughters, Terri Ross, and Sherri Randow(Paul) of San Marcos; sisters Elizabeth Baldwin of Austin, TX and Wilma Moore of Brentwood TN; niece and nephew Don Moore and Meredith Moore both of TN. She is also survived by her grandchildren Ross Randow(Alix) of Grapevine, TX and Kendall Randow of San Marcos, Tx.

There will be visitation at the University Church of Christ in San Marcos, Texas at 10:00. The service will be at 11:00, followed by the graveside service at the San Marcos City Cemetery. Allen Hahn will officiate.
